When does the course start and finish?

We want these courses to be ultra convenient and easy to follow for everyone who enrolls. The course starts when you enroll and ends whenever you're ready to finish! All courses are completely self-paced online courses - you decide when you start and when you finish. You can watch, pause and walk through at whatever speed and at whatever time is most convenient for you!

How long do I have access to the course?

After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. In other words, once you enroll you have lifetime access.

Why do you wear gloves in your video lessons?

I don't really talk about the nitrile gloves in the supply listing part of the course, but acrylic pouring is SO MESSY!!! I highly recommend you use something: shop gloves, nitrile gloves, rubber gloves, ANYTHING!. As long as you don't mind them getting paint all over. Your painting space will become covered in paint, so you want to be vigilant in protecting any and all surfaces. Over time you get a feel for what needs covered and how you should do it depending on what your painting during that session.

What if I have questions about the course?

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of this product, it isn't practical to accept refunds. That said, I would never want you to be unhappy! I love acrylic pouring and want you to love it as well! I offer these courses because I love to share my enthusiasm and passion, but they do require more production time and resources than YouTube videos. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with your enrollment purchase, contact us in the first 7 days and we will make sure to do our best to make sure you are a satisfied Crystal Coast Originals student and customer!
